Not sure if this is a teaching tool for a Scrum class, other than to highlight how too many stakeholders on a team is ridiculous. Also highlights how it needs to be okay to tell stakeholders “NO”. 🙂

After spending time learning good ways to do something, I find it can be fun and instructive to view how not to do it. Which is why I often show Sh*t Bad Scrum Masters Say in our certified scrum master workshops.
