It’s like the oxygen mask on the airplane; we take care of ourselves first, so that we will be able to help others. We take care of our coworkers, so that they will be better able to take care of our customers and community.

We strive to understand today’s reality and make tomorrow’s better. We encourage experimentation, and celebrate the learning that comes from our failures, just as we celebrate our successes.

Fun is not frivolous, it is a goal at least as worthy as financial gain. We will make time for fun. We will prefer ways of working together that are fun.


Great things happen when people do what they are passionate about. If we aren’t passionate about it, maybe we shouldn’t be doing it. We want to work with others who are also passionate about their work. We seek to enable people to pursue their passions.


Community, a group of individuals linked by common interest, can be a source of inspiration, information, feedback, collaboration, and socialization. We foster community around the areas of interest with which we engage.
