This Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (A-CSPO) workshop is designed to take product owners to the next level of knowledge, skill, and certification. Participants will need to already hold a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) designation, as this workshop builds on that foundation.
Learn by doing in this live online + self-paced workshop with Chris Sims. Chris is the author of two best-selling scrum books: The Elements of Scrum and Scrum: A breathtakingly brief and agile introduction.
This workshop includes a 4-hour live online session where you will meet your instructor and classmates. You’ll learn how to create multi-sprint release plans for a scrum team. You’ll also get to practice communication skills and facilitation techniques that will improve your interactions with your stakeholders and team.
Besides the scheduled live session, the pace of the course is entirely up to you. Start as soon as you register, or wait until after the live session; it’s up to you! Take as much or little time as you need to complete the in-depth coursework in the Agile Learning Labs online learning system. You’ll receive ongoing feedback from your instructor and the Agile Learning Labs team as you progress through the material.
