Agile teams that are diverse and psychologically safe are much more likely to deliver great products. These teams require an environment characterized by: Diversity, equity, inclusivity, belonging, and accessibility (DEIBA). Creating this environment and culture requires education, internal accountability for psychological safety, and resilience to feedback. In this session, we will explore how DEIBA terminology, outcomes, and expectations can be understood, adopted and adapted to increase engagement and product delivery success.
