Season is an agile coach, trainer, and scrum master for Agile Learning Labs. She coaches teams on finding their purpose and motivation to deliver customer value using agile methodologies. Her focus on team health sets the foundation for high performance. She has over a decade of experience in the tech industry at companies like Amazon, Atlassian, Dolby, and TripAdvisor. Season holds a number of certifications including: Certified Scrum Master, Advanced Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Professional – Scrum Master, and International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach. She is currently pursuing the Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Trainer credential.
