The panelists included Polyanna Pixton, David Hussman, Sue Mckinney and Pat
Reed.

David led off the open Q&A session by asking each
panelist: “Describe what you think is one of the top challenges to the adoption
of agile at the enterprise level, and the most effective ways to resolve that
problem.”

David Hussman answered by saying he wasn’t sure he even believed
in the concept of an

“Agile organization,” that “they don’t make the shift from
how to why,” ie, to an outcome-based approach.

Pat Reed cited “helping organizations understand the deep
cultural change that’s required.”

Chris, who is active in the BayAPLN, was there in the audience, and chimed in later with a couple of questions.
