People
In order of priority, we take care of: ourselves, our coworkers, our customers, and our community. It’s like the oxygen mask on the airplane; we take care of ourselves first, so that we will be able to help others. We take care of our coworkers, so that they will be better able to take care of our customers and community.
Continuous Improvement
We strive to understand today’s reality and make tomorrow’s better. We encourage experimentation, and celebrate the learning that comes from our failures, just as we celebrate our successes.
Integrity
We say what we mean, and mean what we say. We keep our commitments. We strive for transparency and honesty in all of our dealings.
Fun
Fun is not frivolous, it is a goal at least as worthy as financial gain. We will make time for fun. We will prefer ways of working together that are fun.
Community
Community, a group of individuals linked by common interest, can be a source of inspiration, information, feedback, collaboration, and socialization. We foster community around the areas of interest with which we engage.
Giving Back
We participate in non-profit activities that improve the lives of our peers, our customers, and our community.
