Our Presenter
Kimberly Wiefling is a global business leadership consultant who was traveling up to 90% time. The pandemic forced her to virtualize all of her businesses, including keynotes, workshops, coaching, consulting and facilitating strategic planning and project management working sessions. She is the author of one of the top project management books in the US: “Scrappy Project Management – The 12 Predictable and Avoidable Pitfalls Every Project Faces.” A physicist by education, she began her professional career working for a decade at HP in product development, project management, and engineering leadership. She spent 4 years in the wild and wacky world of Silicon Valley startups, including a Xerox Parc spinoff where she was the VP of Program Management. In 2001 she rose from the ashes of the dot-com bust, launched her consulting practice, and never looked back.
