In the context of scrum, what are differences between coaching, consulting, and mentoring? What actually happens in a coaching session? In this interactive session, Michele will guide our exploration of these questions. She will then walk the group through the coaching stances and do a live coaching session with a volunteer from the audience.

Our Presenter

Michele Hochheiser is a Certified Team Coach with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. She has spent the last 6 years dedicated to coaching individuals, teams, and senior leadership. She holds a full time position as an agile transformation leader and coach for a global Fortune 500 company. In addition, she coaches outside of that position as a way to pursue her passion.
