15-20% of the world population are neurodivergent, and their numbers are increasing as more is found and understood about how human brains work and function. In the tech world, the numbers might be even higher yet there is not enough talk about what it means for the workforce. In this interactive workshop, we’ll address the most common neurodiversity conditions (e.g., ADHD and autism) and learn how we can support our colleagues. At the end of the workshop, participants will walk away with some actionable ideas they can try with their teams. Regardless of your level of familiarity with neurodiversity, this workshop welcomes all who are interested in fostering inclusivity and maximizing team potential.
