The right question, asked at the right time, is one of the most powerful tools in a coach’s toolbox. It can help the person being coached discover new information, options, and insights. This workshop combines interactive exercises and group discussion to lead participants to understand the power of coaching questions as well as how and when to use them.

In this session, Chris Sims, agile coach and trainer, will be joining the Bay Area Agile Leadership Network Meetup group for an online meeting to learn about and practice coaching questions. By attending this virtual session, you will emerge as a confident coach who can help the people you coach get to the root of their problems. You’ll dive deep into selecting the appropriate question for any coaching scenario. You’ll practice listening and understanding in small groups with feedback.

This is your opportunity for hands-on coaching to help you become comfortable when opportunities in your daily life arise to help others understand the situations they’re in and what options may be available to them that they hadn’t yet thought of.
